CueCalendar

Privacy

Last updated October 25, 2026

This policy covers the CueCalendar website (cuecalendar.vercel.app) and the CueCalendar apps for Android and iPhone, which show the same service.

Browsing the calendar

You can browse every tournament without an account. We don't show ads and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.

Your account

When you sign in (with Google, or another sign-in option we offer), we receive only your name, email address and an account ID. We use them to keep you signed in and to run the features you choose. Your email is never shown on the site.

What we keep when you use a feature

Cookies and storage on your device

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and a separate cookie for tablets set up as table scoreboards. Your phone also keeps a few settings (like a scorekeeper match in progress) in its own storage. None of these track you across other sites.

Services we rely on

Our data is stored with Supabase (database) and the site runs on Vercel (hosting). Google handles Google sign-in. Phone notifications are delivered through your phone maker's notification service (Apple or Google). Maps use OpenStreetMap. If you watch a stream on the site, the YouTube, Facebook or Twitch player is loaded from that service under its own privacy policy.

Deleting your information

To have your account and everything tied to it deleted, message the CueCalendar team through the "Submit a tournament" form notes while signed in, or use Facebook's "Remove app" setting. We'll delete what we hold about you.
